    Tub size for rack

Because I have to build a rack next month I have been loking at tub sizes. I found a sterililte 41 quart 34.25" x 16.75 x 5". That is big enough t house and breed adult balls right? LadyWhipple02 I saw your new nice rack what size is it? I think most people use 41 quart some way or another.

    Re: Tub size for rack

I can only speak from what I've read (but I've read a LOT! LOL) and it seems that 41qt tubs are very, very popular with those who keep lots of animals. Seems to be the perfect size.

I've been looking for someone that sells them consistently in Canada.

Does anyone know where to get them here?

That's one of the sizes that I use for adults ... they work great!

    Re: Tub size for rack

Also I am pretty sure that they are 6 inches high off of the sterilite website. It will be fine for MOST adult female and balls. Some females might get really huge. Adam dont you have a couple pics of some humungous girls? If so could you post them?

    Re: Tub size for rack

    here's a pic of a 41 qt. tub.

if you're building a rack, it's worth considering iris tubs. the iris cb-70 tubs are the same size as sterilite 41 qt. the difference is that iris tub are completely smooth on the inside and this makes cleaning easier.

    Re: Tub size for rack

You are right about them being 6invhes not 5 my typo. I looked at those Iris tubs, or anything else on reptiletubs.com those prices are rediculous. I can get those 41qt for 6.50 at target
