Humidity during shed time should be 70% normally it should be 50-60%. You can up humidity by spraying the tank down with water a couple of times a day, and if you use a screen lid, cover 3/4 of it with something like saran wrap.

110 degrees is WAY too hot for something to be in your tank that your snake can touch. I would guess you don't have a thermostat on your heating pad.. you need to get one. You can get a thermostat from Matt here: http://www.mgreptiles.com/

Shedding takes usually a week sometimes a little more.. you'll notice the snake go back to more normal color in a few days, then a day or two after that, he'll shed. Don't offer food during shed, he most likely won't take it.
