    my baby ball roxxy!

    i come home for wally mart with my new scale to way her.... i pull her out and notice she has one blue eye. she shed one week ago complete eye caps to tail! what could this be? she was fine before she ate sat.

    Hm.. sounds like a retained eyecap. How were your humidity levels, pre-shed? I Up my humidity to around 80 percent when their eyes start to cloud. I then drop it back to norma levels after the shed, and I have never had a retained eye cap in my collection.
    You could try Upping your humidity now and seeing if the edges of the cap peel up or not; sometimes the cap will come off with little pressure. But please don't go mucking around in your snake's eye; it is safer to wait till the next shed and ensure the cap comes off by raising your humidity properly.

    i went ahead a toke her to the vet! the vet said is looks to be a retaing eye cap and did not want to remove it! i sure hope she is right but i dont see how its a eye cap when her shed was complete nose to tail.eye caps and all! but well see it dont seem to bother her she is still out checker her cage out @ night! and loves to be held!

    Hm.. that is pretty odd. I wish you luck with her; and kudos for taking her to the vet
