That's good information to have. It really bothers me to see the amount of time, energy, and money wasted on trying to pass bills like this one when there are soooo many other issues that really need to be addressed. When you think of how much these people could accomplish if they would focus on legitimate problems (like the meth labs for ex.) it just seems so senseless.
