How long will it take my pinkies to become fuzzies? Then how long will it take fuzzies to go to hoppers. Then how long will it be tell there full grown?

Re: how long????
They're fuzzies at around a week to a week and a half.
Hoppers are about 3-4 weeks old.
Full grown around 6 months.

Re: how long????
I think it depends on litter-size, too. I might just be crazy, but the 4 mice that were born one day after my litter of 9 are almost twice the size, and have a startlingly greater amount of fur. I'll post some pics...

Re: how long????
Yes, that is true. There is less competition for food, so they grow faster.

Re: how long????
I don't want to hijack the thread, but the photos do kind of show their size and characteristics at only 8 and 9 days respectively. Check out this thread for my mice photos. Mine are fuzzies by now.

Re: how long????
Ah.. I will add that the times I put on the first post were for rats.. it's a bit less for mice.

Hmm, not sure what he meant now myself.
Rats or mice, PJ?

Re: how long????
did you separate the male from the females? usually it's the males that kill the babies.
in fact, my two females had their litters the same nite - all in one big pile. now they're laying side by side, raising the babies themselves.

Re: how long????
I know that www.rodentpro.com has pretty good examples of all the sizes of mice and rats through their life cycle just to give you a general idea with some good clear photos as well.
