Ummmm, no. I was around reptiles during both of my pregnancies, and you know what, I handled them daily, cleaned up after them daily, did all my normal activities but not the darn cat little box. The cat litter box actually could have caused a problem. In regards to all my reptiles I had at the time, after doing anything, I always washed up well. Really, thats the only precaution she would need to take. If you are that worried, than maybe she should just not touch any of the reptiles or deal with them in any way.
