What's wrong with the Acurites? It shows two temps and humidity all on the same screen, plus will show you mins/max so you can find out how much your temps and humidity are fluctuating.

For my 9.99, they're pretty nifty. I'm using 6 of 'em right now, and I've got 4 more still in packaging that I'm sure i'll be using soon.
