With all the craziness, I wasn't able to get online to let everyone know I'd disappear for a couple days. We took our two kids to Chattanooga, TN. It was pretty cool. We stayed in a train car and rode the world's steepest train (70 degree incline!!). Also went to the local aquarium, and of course noted their herps and wasn't impressed with their husbandry. My husband actually removed me from area so that I would not mention the problems associated with housing a couple black rat snakes, a rattlesnake and there was one other snake in the enclosure. We also saw a beautiful underground waterfall. Took a cool trolley ride, where I actually knew stuff no one else did !! Plus we took the kids to the local children's museum. ALL IN 3 DAYS!! I'm tired and am trying to catch up before I start wrapping the presents!!

I didn't even get a post card let alone a cool t-shirt that said "My forum buddy went to ....... and all I got was this stupid t-shirt!"

Sounds like a great trip! Put on the coffee tonight sweetie, those kids of yours might have you up at 4 a.m. tomorrow morning! LOL

Jamie, all I have to say to that is LOL!! (You just don't know how much it killed me to not have a computer for that time!! )

Joanna, I am already for Santa's visit, and in our house there is a rule that no one gets out of their bed until at least 6:30!! Otherwise mom gets to open all the presents. If I'm lucky they'll sleep till 7:30, but that's just plain wishing. I'll have to post some pics so you don't feel left out.

I know it's sad.... I was without my snakes and the inability to talk about them to anyone who actually understands!! I'm a big loser, but I'm ok with that.
