I'd use silicone sealant, you can get it at any hardware store. After you seal the bottom seams, let it air out for at least a day or two before you put an animal in there.

I used a dry erase marker to mark the orientation of the pieces to help make assembly easier. PM Me if you have any questions about getting it set up.
