Repti-Bark or Aspen?

I've been thinking of changing from kitchen towels to a different substrate. I saw some Zoo-Med Repti-Bark in a petstore yesterday. The pack said it was good for humidity loving reptiles. Would BPs fall under this category? Is Repti-Bark a good substrate for BPs, or would something like aspen be better?

Both are fine, but I prefer aspen myself.
