They're Here!!

Ok, the day has come and finally I am in possession of my new babies! HOORAY! I was a bit excited (ok I was literally shaking, it was better than Christmas!! ) and dang near jumped the Fedex guy. Finally I've managed to get everyone settled. First there is the pair of het caramels. The little girl was a bit shy and I've still not completely decided on her name. (Anyone think of some girlie sounding caramel candies?) The boy was pretty relaxed and I have named him Turtle. (Yes as in the yummy candy with caramel - see a trend? ) Now the little pastel boy (Norbert) was the most awesome little dude! He's just gorgeous and on top of that he is the sweetest little fellow. Never balled up, but was just checking stuff out. They are all just the best! (Thank you Adam) Now comes the difficult part of not touching. Already I am seized with a terrible urge to go and grab them, but I'll have to settle for staring at them through the tubs. Well enough babbling and on with the pics!

Snix is kind of feminine and snickers derivative. But that is all my sushi-addled brain is conjuring up.

EDIT: Oh whats that spanish dessert kind of like a cream/custard that is caramel based . . . . grrr

Some day I hope to be buying snakes from Adam. If my males prove out and I end up making piebalds, I will be a little closer! Nice looking babies, enjoy them.

Thanks everyone!! They were all born in July, and they're absolutely wonderful. Now if I could only hold them. Thanks for the help with the girl name. I like Snick, but I've not decided for sure. I've come up with Twix, Rolo and variety of others but never Cara(mel). That's not bad either, thanks Daniel! Oh well, I better decide quickly before the kids decide to name her something silly!!!
