FYI. The color of the flesh of the salmon is actually white like other fish, but for some reason, salmon flesh changes to pinkish-red if they eat certain things and stays white if they don't. I have actually served white-fleshed salmon at the restaurant I work at and it was as white as Chilean sea bass and tasted no different from the redist of red salmon. I paired it with a fruity and delicate Pinot Noir from the Santa Maria Valley by the way.

PS BTW, that is one gorgeous snake. Every picture I see of a RTB just makes me want to get one. But they just get too big. Are there any dwarf RTB species out there like they have for retics? 4-5 feet would be perfect.
