I ordered from Boaphile cause the only thing I had to do was get it out of the box and plug it in. I didn't have to mess with heat or anything. One long piece of heat tape is weaved through the racks and it's nice and solid. A little heavy considering I lugged the silly thing upstairs (with the sister on the phone in case I might have fallen and can't get up - she was to dial 911 LOL!). I'm sorry about the heavy breathing, but I wanted to get it plugged in and going. I'm so sad.

He told me upfront it would be 5 weeks, but I kinda expected it to be longer. I didn't really start calling and harassing him until week 6. He never really returned any emails which is why I resorted to phone calls. He was very nice, but the wait is a bit long. I love the rack so everything ends well for me.
