Id say the bottom one is a sunglow. And the top one is a crimson.
I agree with Laine that the top snake probably isn't a crimson. A crimson is a hypo Miami phase and to me that little guy has way too much black to be any type of hypo. Even if it were to be a crimson, without knowing the background I don't believe you can say that without breeding trials. By looking at the head (where the most vibrant colors are) I'd say that it's a very pretty normal, possibly Okeetee phase. There seems to be some bright orange which is not characteristic of a Miami phase snake (Miami phase corns have a silver or tan background). You have to keep in mind that a baby snake's colors will change as it grows. And just for the record - I breed corns as well.
