Re: not eating
good new i left the rat inside of the cage and went to the mall 4 like a couple hrs with my cuz and when i came home the was no more rat. how come it took him a lot longer to eat the rat his week that it did last week? was it because he was still full from last weeks rat?

Re: not eating
need to be careful about leaving rodents in the cage unsupervised. rats especially can be agressive. they will attack and sometimes even kill the snake. it could be a number of things that led the snake to not eat immediately but i dont suggest leaving the rat in the cage when you arent there to watch. next time, just pull the rat out and try again a bit later.

Re: not eating
Sil-40 you might note that he mentions in his first post that the rat was f/t (frozen thawed), so not a live rat left unattended.
Maybe he just needed a bit more privacy or quiet Greg before he felt ready to eat. Hard to say really as they are such unique creatures and will surprise you at every turn.
