We went over last week to get her moving a little and take some pics. She is doing great; my trainer and his son have been riding her around and she is learning.
Here she is in her stall, where she was quietly resting before we came along to make her work
Then I got her moving in the round pen. She was really exuberant since she had not been worked with that day.

I let her cool off, and Mark let her have a tiny bit of grass; she hasn't been on grass in months so it would not be good to let her have a bunch.
Your thoughts? She is really losing the excess weight she'd put on loafing around all summer; we are working on the muscle tone!

She's a beautiful girl. Seeing the pics make me want to move to the country and get one myself. Of course I have minimal experience with horses, but I still love them.
