Alien Head?

OK, I've been wondering this for a long time. I'll see references a snake having or not having an alien head. But when I look, I don't see the difference (or don't know what I'm looking for).

Do any of you have pictures with an example of an alien head vs. a non-alien head and point out what the differences are?

Sorry for such a silly question, but I really want to know! LOL

Well, if you look at the side markings of many normal bps, the little black dots look like eyes, and the brown side mark is often shaped like an alien head. I see a bunch of them on the snake in your avatar.

Oh wait, you're talking about the markings on the side, and NOT the head itself? I guess I thought people were referring to the actual head of the snake itself!

Yup, I see them! I could have sworn that I have read people say something about a particular snake not having an alien head vs. having an alien head, so always thought it had to do with the actual head itself and I just couldn't tell the difference! LOL
