nope, just incubate at room temperature in moist substrate. i personally use perlite at a ratio of 2 parts perlite to slightly more than 1 part water. i'm not sure about the vermiculite as i don't use it, but just make sure that it isn't wet. you don't want to be able to squeeze any water out of it. these first two eggs (if they are her first) may or may not be fertile--it is common for the first clutch they lay to be infertile so don't worry if they start to mold or cave in. in a couple of weeks you will most likely have more to add to the incubator anyhow. good luck!
