Welcome to the addiction! You should watch out for wire mesh lids as well. if you've got a cage that uses them, you want to make sure that wires are acutally "melted" together where they meet. Otherwise T's can get legs caught and may seriously hurt themselves (aside from possibly loosing the leg).

Smulkin, in a way I'm the opposite. I'm not interested in the rosies at all, and I'll never keep one. Then again, my first T was a Chaco Golden Knee....might be more like keeping an Angola Python in terms of the comparision you made :p Basically the same temperatment, more colorful (which the angola really isn't) but bigger
