No expert here Dawn, just a newb too really. If you can bring that humidity up to around 70% though during shed it really does help. Things like putting the water dish to the warm side, adding a humid hide, misting if you need to really help during the shedding period to get a nice complete shed.

We offer food the same day per week regardless of shedding cycle. If they wish to eat, they eat....if they refuse, they refuse. They are all healthy snakes that normally eat well so an occasional refusal due to shed doesn't worry me at all. If they refuse, they feed on the next feeding day the following week.

Just what we do though, not what must be done LOL. In the end you need to decide what is best for your snake, based on your own common sense, your research and the collective wisdom of those in this forum.
