snake measurer program???

Does anyone know where i can find this so called program? Can you post a link or a web address to a place i can find this? i tried searching this form for it using the search tool i had no luck though.

I can't dowload the file it said that is corupted can some one help

I just downloaded, installed and ran it. It is a zip file so if you dont have WinZip make sure when the folder opens (assumes XP) you select everything and copy it to a new folder you create on your hard drive.
