Awesome pics! I'd love to catch mine while shedding. Little stinker always does it while I'm not watching.

Finally caught him drinking the other day though... of course didn't have my CAMERA!!! But caught him drinking!

    Re: some shedding pics

most bp sheds have patterns, though a few morphs shed clear--albinos and hypos being two examples of this. i doubt i will keep the shed. the only shed i still have is the first shed from my first ball python. other than that, well, i get a lot of them so i don't really feel like i need to hang onto them. next time norah sheds she'll just make be a bigger one anyhow.

Gorgeous and great pics. I've never seen a clean shed. Sobe always leaves a 'gift' rolled up in his shed. Thanks for posting the pics.

    Re: some shedding pics

Are they suppose to shed all in one peice? It takes like 1-3 days for my bp to shed all of her skin. I soak her 1-2 times a day in 85-88 bath water. And i try to spray the cage 3 times a day. Am i doing something wrong?

    Re: some shedding pics

yes, they should shed all in one piece. as soon as you see the signs of an impending shed--blue or cloudy eyes, pink belly--raise your humidity to 70-80%. keep it there until they shed. the actual shedding process once they start to peel the skin back from their nose should actually go pretty quickly.
