    snake measurer program question

This question is more computer related than BP related but someone must have an answer here. When I load the pic of my BP in the program, the pic is extremely magnified and all that I am able to see on my screen is the upper left hand portion of the pic. There is no way to scroll around to view the entire pic so I can't use the measuring function because all I am able to view is like a 3 inch portion of the snake. has anyone had this problem or know how to fix it? Thanks in advance for any replies.

    MIKE

Hi Mike, I had the same problem two days ago. I resized my pic so that it would fit to 640x480. Try that first

    Yep....

In order for the measuring program to work properly, you must make sure you take the picture of the snake on a flat surface (kinda like making a plan view of the bp), have something to reference size, and resize the pic to fit on the screen.

If it does not work beside that...let me know

    Re: snake measurer program question

You go to your picture program and use the resize the picture. On Suite 602 Photo you have to go to Image, choose Resize & Choose the new size of the pic.

I don't know what program you have.

I've had the same problem too. Tried resizing using Microsoft Photo Premium 10 but can't get the pic to fit - even resizing down to 2.8 wide and 1.5 high.
