Gosh I'm bored
So I'll make a totally pointless thread!
Ooh, what if it gets deleted?
Controversy! A mod's thread deleted! Ahh!
(this is what happens to my brain when I have to wake up at 6:30 AM.. I apologize.)
Ooh, my cali king is staring at me. I think she wants to eat me.
My dove is staring at me too, but she thinks I want to eat her.
My salamanders actually try to eat me! It's a whole food chain here!
So, I'm bored, what should I do?

Re: Gosh I'm bored
Do what I'm about to do (if you like to read). Read a few chapters and go to bed! LOL 6:30? Darn you're lucky! I get up at 5, sometimes 4! I just work better earlier in the day when no one else is in the office and no e-mails flying in and tons of phone calls. I leave at 4, but any time after 4 I'm having a hard time processing things through my oh so tired brain! LOL

Re: Gosh I'm bored
Well when I work at 7AM I get up at 5:30. (eek) I naturally stay up until 1-2 AM and wake up at 10:00 AM.
I almost always read a bit before I go to bed (often I read longer than I should.. lol) otherwise I play a video game. But I don't want to go to bed yet.

Re: Gosh I'm bored
April,
I'm the same way, read more than I should at night, and I'm always up until at least midnight. For some reason, I'm not tired once I get home. And I called my boss this evening after a confernce call with our Australian office (I was the only on here that showed up for the call.....slackers!) and he said if I can leave early tomorrow if I want to!
Woo Hoo! Gotta go pick up a Canine Assistant after work (I'm a volunteer trainer for an organization that trains service dogs for the physically disabled). He's spending 10 days with me and going to work with me next week. Yellow Lab/Golden Retriever Mix named Gouda! LOL

Re: Gosh I'm bored
That's cool. Those dogs are so well trained.
I wish more people would train their dogs. I work as a dog groomer, and I get dragged around and knocked over by all the darn dogs. Bites and scratches too!
Um.. this thread isn't hijacked. lol

Re: Gosh I'm bored
I hear you about overreading, Shelby. Before bed, if I pick up a good book, I catch myself reading for an hour or more. Then you say to yourself "just one more page..." then it turns into "one more chapter..." before you know it, three hours went by!
What do ya like to read? I like stuff like Dean Koontz, and a few authors whose names I forgot (mainly current bestselling mystery/scary books.) I also love occult reading.

Re: Gosh I'm bored
Well I used to go to bed at a decent time till "someone" (eyeballs Robin) had to introduce me to an author I hadn't read before. Who, very coincidentally, is coming up here to Boyne City, Michigan to do a talk on her books and also a book signing, how cool is that! Course now instead of getting my butt to bed, I'm up till all hours engrossed in yet another of her books (and put 2 more on hold today!)
Btw....Jode Picoult...great author....super read!
Oh and Mr. Python, your daytime is the snake's nighttime LOL.
