How the heck do you feed "Plus some other stuff"

I'm not sure how this thread got a 4 star rating when there are no responses?

Okay I leaned that you shouldn't feed you Ball Python in its cage becuase when you reach to get it so you can handle it , it might recognize you hand as food.

That's not true.

The problem is you can't handle your snake after you eat or it might regurgitate.

Moving your snake carefully is fine.
