The most demanding part of caring for them, is stall cleaning. Although, if they live out (inn a pasture) and it is alrge, you really dont have to do that. Basically it's self explanatory; and if you let it build up, you are in for a BAD treat when you do decide to clean that stall!Originally Posted by daniel1983
Feeding and watering, those take minutes a day. Grooming takes a good hour sometimes, but it's a great time to bond/examine your horse to see if anything is wrong (injuries, bumps etc.)
Then you have training... that is your big time eater! But it is so worth it, in the same way having kids is. Investing time and money into someone that will go someplace!
