how can i tell if it's male or female.

Have it probed by a vet.

if it's female how much shuold i be feeding

2 jumbo mice a week should be fine for most females as well ... unless the animal is extremely large. Many of my adult girls eat 2 large mice a week and they are thriving. What does your ball python weigh?
