    A couple questions:

    1. How long have you had him and how old is he?

    2. What are your temps like on the hot and cold side

    3. What type of enclosure is he in?

    4. How long has this been going and how often are you attempting to feed him?

First things first. Let your snake get used to its cage for about 7-14 days without feeding, holding, handling(unless to change water or check temps). I don't think your snake is calm enough to eat right now(just opinion). Since he is new I would have a check-up done by a vet A.S.A.P... Check out this site as well it should offer some light to all your Boa questions: http://www.primareptilia.net/boa_care.htm. I hope this helps.

Also your temps on the warm side need to be raised about 5* maybe 6 or 7 depending on your snake, and your cool side temps need to come up about 2*. Also how big is the enclosure and are there plenty of hides for him to use both on the warm side and cool side. Do not reattempt to feed him for atleast 5-7 days he is over stressed by your daily attempts to get him to eat.
