Re: New here!!
This is a very nice community and has been a vast source of information for me. I started off with just one, and already I'm at two - looking at getting two more. Make sure to check out the caresheet on this site. Also, set up your cage in advance of snake arrival and work out kinks in the enviroment beforehand. It makes for a happier snake! Good luck and if you have any questions - ask away!!

Re: New here!!
Thanks!! I'll be sure to do that!! I'm actually scouting around for supplies and pricing things now. I have a few empty aquariums at home that I may use, although I'd prefer one of those stackable vivarium things from someplace like Animal Plastics. Most everything else though, I'll have to get.

Re: New here!!
Welcome to the forum Jeremy. Like Christie said this place has been, and continues to be, a huge source of good information especially for new owners. We also set up our enclosure ahead of time (we use a Sterlite tub from Walmart) and got the "bugs" worked out. Best advice we got was to put the new snake in a quiet area of the house, put water in and the hides and just leave the snake be for a week or two before handling or attempting to feed it. It's very very hard to not handle your new snake but it's so important to let them settle in quietly.
The folks here are wonderful about answering questions so please feel free. If they can survive my million and one questions, they can survive anyone. LOL

Re: New here!!
Thanks Jo and Ray! Like you both have said, from what I see this place is full of people who are more than willing to help out. It really seems like a blast! As a matter of fact I can't wait to get time to get back on!! I guess it's a good thing I work at a job where I do basically nothing, cuz I can stay on here almost the whole time!!
