where do we send them to?

You don't - you upload them to the album:

(I need to find the instructions i could swear we had written up - this process will be streamlined as soon as I can get a little sitdown time.)

Basically you go to the relevant Album and just submit/upload the picture.

Make sure you're submitting only once in each (they have to be validated - so you can't really do that) - and that the pic and herp are both yours. Once the picture has been validated it will show up in the relevant album.
