Is aquarium sealant non-toxic? I plan to use that to seal the joints on the inside of the cage. If it isn't toxic for fish(meaning chemicals leaching in the water), I don't think it would be a problem. But what do I know..

Edit: Ooh! Yeah, ConTac paper might be waterproof, and plus, it would come in perdy colors I'll look for that too when I go. I love Home Depot, they have everything...
