that sucks.. Maybe try and build a make shift swamp cooler? a fan and a cool mist humidifier could help considerably depending on the size of the room your kids are in

I LOVE swamp coolers! LOL.. Never seen one till I moved to AZ and was goin to trade school.... they had them everywhere. I actaully perfer them over A/C
