Bahahaha! Fat chance. Cable companies aren't exactly known for their generous nature. They'll say that they give those times as a "guideline". Trust me, been there, done that! What sucks is that in Canada, there's a total monopoly on cable/phone/electricity, so if you want that particular service, you've got no choice but to bend over for them. SO lame. Sorry dude!
