    Little mice?

Baby ball pythons can eat adult mice right out of the egg. If you concerned about her weight, try upping her to larger mice and feeding every 3-5 days instead of once a week.

As long as she's eating regularly and is parasite free, her weight shouldn't be a concern.

    Hope this helps.

    A quick English lesson:

    Mouse = 1 mouse

Mice = more than 1 mouse

I'm sorry, english is a very stupid language.

    Re: Help ME

    correct!

I just thought it was funny you said mices...maybe referring to seperate groups of more than one mouse??? haha, i don't even want to know what that would be.......

At least you spell better than 90% of native speakers! Thats gotta count for something!

By the way, what does Zanito mean?

    Chicks

Is there a need to feed them, are you in a postion where a mouse/rat is hard to come by?

Your snake can live well on rats its entire life, there is no need to change over to chickens however there are some people that have tired it.

If im not mistaken chickens make your snake have a very runny unpleasent defecation ( poo )

    Re: Help ME

I have never heard of someone feeding chickens to a ball python. I have heard of feeding chickens to green tree pythons though.

I would stick to mice or rats.

    Re: Help ME

Just stick to mice or rats......

If you feed mice, an adult will eventually need to eat more than just one per week (two or three per feeding session).

If you are getting confused, Burmese pythons are fed chickens sometimes. Ball pythons and Burmese pythons are two VERY different animals.
