Black pastel + ?? ID help

Before I read the description I looked at the three photos and said to myself 'Two Hets (of something), and a Black Pastel'.

I would not have guessed Black Pastel, but based on the description it could just be low expression-I would sell it as a 'normal' if it was mine...
