    Those pics make your snake look SOOOOO long! I would not let them sniff noses that way though -yes, I have dogs, & allow sniffs, but never nose to nose. All it takes is one moment of panic to make a very BAD day for all...can you imagine how bad snake teeth embedded in your poor dog's nose would feel? Then picture the dog chomping on the snake. It won't end well. Please don't allow pet sniffs this way- you were lucky this time. Especially because snakes on the ground are more defensive than usual.
