If it is something easy then you can try reverse image search on Google.
If it is something more difficult-then there is no visual application that can track all the colors and aberrant patterns associated with most of the multiple gene combos.
If you are selling: You can list the parents and say 'Looks like a x...y...and z....' and let the buyer do the proof breeding...
If you are breeding and need to know: there is always Rare Genetics Inc. I noticed they have recently added some additional genes to their testing pool.
