    If the parents have an issue causing gene and the offspring doesn't, there's no issue.
    The issue is connected to the gene itself.

    In the case of spotnose, the single gene won't have a wobble.

    Occasionally, you'll see some facial issues on Cinnamon or Black Pastel single genes, but a majority of the issues are in the supers.
