Luna clearly wants out, so I'd let her out. As long as you supervise, the exercise will be good for her. I'll bet she settles right on down afterward, though don't be surprised if she's begging to get out again tomorrow.

I will see if she wants to come out before she went into blue I was getting her out but since her she’s I was just trying to leave her as I didn’t want to stress her anymore I’ll just open the door tonight and see if she wants out
