I also have two diff thermo/hygro brands and when i switch them the number come out 2-3 degrees different than the other one.

I guess i got worried due to the fact I thought for some reason there HAD to be a 10*F gradient. The 5-7* degree range seems to be what I'm seeing as ok.


Should I trust the accurate or the bio dude gauges???

I've used Exoterra and Accurite and they both worked fine, though I mostly rely on my temp gun.

I gauge the gradient range as the difference between the hottest and coolest temp. By that measure, you have a 13 degree gradient. So, you're golden.
