From what I know with the army the lowest passing score is a 31. So, yes! I'd say that is good. I've had a few friends pass through that program and they scored similar if not lower.
-However while there is a minimum requirement to join, from what I know it's more of a reflection of what you do know and there is no hard pass or fail above a 31.
(I'm not in the program, this is just what I've heard from friends!)

The thing about tests given by the military is that higher scores will give you more options about what training you can enlist for. The military wants to make sure you succeed at their jobs, so test scores are used to predict that & help guide you into jobs where you'll be successful. That's not the same thing as being "happy" with your job, they just need you to be able to do it.
