    Might take a few sheds (you'll still be seeing it) especially if he rubs it again when shedding. Vetericyn might help a little- it doesn't appear to be deep, but any break in skin, it's not a bad idea to treat a bit. Scrapes "happen"- just like we all do too. If you see a sharp edge that might have been the cause- maybe sand it.
