    Make sure all your settings on the thermostat are dialed in. Current date, time am or pm, current year. Also, make sure no tape is covering the probe end. Heat rises , so the upper tub temps will be typically higher than your lowers. Try setting the temperature at 88F instead of 90F and recheck then triple check.
