Re: Marks on belly
Some of the pink also looks like scratch marks

I've seen marks like that on pale or white sections of ball pythons after they've been laying on top of something, such as a hide box, where the edge pressed against their scales. Kind of like a red mark on your arm after you spend a while leaning on a table edge. Not like the full-body pink hue on a Banana, Pied, Albino, etc. when they're getting ready to shed - more localized to the line of specific pressure. Don't know if that's what you're experiencing, however, just a possibility.

Re: Marks on belly
I don't see anything in these pictures that concerns me. You should investigate the cause of his shedding problem though.

I heard there notorious for sheading problem that’s why I’m seeing if the reptile shead aide will help with the 80% humidity so far this would be his second shead with the spray and no stuck eye cap

I've never used shedding spray, but the fact that you have to use it regularly indicates that there is a problem. I know you have three hides. Is one of them a humid hide? Humid hides are very helpful to snakes in shedding.
