For best bang for your buck, Animal Plastics is the way to go. Lower prices than most other PVC builds yet the quality is top notch with plenty of customizable options.
However I must caution that if you absolutely need an enclosure ASAP or in an otherwise timely manner I'd look elsewhere as their lead times are a major Achilles' heel. It took 7 months for mine to be shipped, and others have reported waiting over a year. Their new signature series of cages allegedly has better lead times, but I've yet to hear if that claim holds true.
