    Accessing stacked enclosures

    Drill holes for probes/cords/etc on left or right side of the stack(s), route everything through those, and plug it all into a long surge protector in the nearest outlet(s)?
    Oops, just reread and saw that was basically your second to last paragraph. Yeah you can ask the builder to do that. May be even easier to just drill it yourself and get it exactly where you want it. Pvc is crazy easy to cut and drill into
