Snakes live a long time, with good genetics, good care, & good luck. Take your time making up your mind, because what appeals to me or anyone else, may not be your choice at all- it's very subjective. I've had one boa- a BCI- but she was a rescue, not "chosen" by me. Still, I loved her deep dark coloration & impressive iridescence. But you need to choose based on your goals & what appeals to you. Do a lot of "window shopping".
