I've been observing his behavior closely and he doesn't seem stressed at all. He's moved between both warm and cool end hides multiple times now and there's even a middle hide utilizing his old log hides if he desires a change of pace (I put two of them together with one end against the back wall to make one long tunnel with a single entrance) and he's always hidden away during the day (perfectly normal for him, he's as seclusive as a BP can be) and after the lights go out he's staked out from his hide entrances as he hasn't eaten for a while. So he seems to be perfectly happy with the parameters, just thought I'd run it by you guys as well.
My ball python is also in a T10. My probe is located on the cool side. I have it set to 80 in the part of the enclosure that gets the absolute coolest temp. The hot side is like yours... a little close to 100 literally at the top touching the rhp. The area below it is about 90. Inside the hide is a little cooler, usually 85 give or take... sometimes higher, sometimes lower. Has worked great for me like this for about a year, which is when I put my girl in there. I am no expert, but your setup seems fine to me.
