    Re: Are rough surfaces safe for BP's?

    Not sure about what you may be feeling on your snake, but rough surfaces, as long as not sharp, should be fine for your little dude.

    I use cork bark in all my enclosures which I see the snakes on very often. It can also help them to start their shed if stubbornly sticking to them.
