    My iguana has a big custom enclosure, although he has shelves with blankets clipped to them rather than substrate and cage furniture. I can just clean his blankets and other soft things in the wash. He will sometimes poo on the floor or on one of his shelves, so I will just spot-disinfect with chlorhexidine while cursing him. I do vacuum it, though, at least once a week, because little dried bits of greens and stuff end up strewn around.
